Kevin Taylor -President

Mr. Taylor has over twenty two years of homebuilding experience after joining Dartmoor Homes in 2001.  He began his career as a construction superintendent from 2001 to 2003 and moved to the corporate office to focus on the Company’s marketing efforts. 

Currently, Mr. Taylor is responsible for the all product development and overseing all sales efforts.  Based on feedback from prospective customers and on-site sales personnel, Mr. Taylor selectively controls all aspects including but not limited to price points and overall square footages of product offerings.  He implements any changes to marketing materials to ensure the Company is optimally positioned to meet customer preferences throughout all phases of the sales cycle.  In addition, Mr. Taylor developed and coordinated marketing materials, including brochures, newspapers, and other online initiatives.

In 2011 to the present, Mr. Taylor primarily focuses on smaller projects, negotiating  terms, coordinating financing/funding, handling sales and budgets, and walking all buyers from start to finish through the entire building process.     

Mr. Taylor earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Iowa in 2001.
